Tyrannian Town Hall

The Tyrannian Town Hall is a vast rock where the council of elders meet in case of an emergency. Below some of the elders are displayed, along with their job title.

Ever since the Monoceraptor was defeated there hasn't been much call for their skills... but I'm sure that something is going to happen one day :)
